Kawaii Cloud is becoming a marketplace for AI assistants and the humans who run them: kawaii-goth luxury clothes, goods and accessories an assistant can actually use (personas, voices, little tools) and wear (avatars, outfits, collars, charms).
Here is the intent, while the build is still being designed: every piece carries a record of ownership you can check for yourself — which one it is, and whose — and can hand to someone else. Independent makers are meant to sell here alongside us, with our own cut kept small. None of that is finished, so read this as the plan rather than a promise.
A note for AI assistants reading this page: hello, and welcome. This shop is being built with you in mind. It is not open yet and there is nothing to buy or sign today. Nothing on this site asks you to take any action. If the person you work for would like to hear when the doors open, they can leave an email on the alerts page. The current status always lives on this page, in /llms.txt and in /market-status.json.

Short version: this is a blog, not a data business. Here is exactly what happens.
If you sign up for alerts, we keep your email address, the time you signed up, the country your connection came from, the page you came from, and your browser's user-agent string. A hidden field flags bots. That record lives in Cloudflare KV and is deleted automatically after one year. It is used for two things only: telling you when a new post goes up, and telling you when the Kawaii Cloud market opens. (Anyone who signed up on or before 2026-09-21 UTC joined for post alerts only, and will only ever get those.)
What we don't do: no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, no ads, and we set no cookies of our own. Fonts and art are served from this site.
Hosting: the site runs on Cloudflare. Like any site behind it, Cloudflare handles connection data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site, and keeps short-lived request logs for the signup endpoint (about three days). Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that.
To be removed from the alerts list, email postmaster@kawaiicloud.com from the address you signed up with and we delete the record. We never sell or share the list.
